Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of ethical leadership on organizational commitment among employees in industrial companies in Baghdad. It focuses on four dimensions of ethical leadership: integrity, justice, respect, and service, and three dimensions of organizational commitment: affective, normative, and continuance commitment.
